Gail Goldstein Marrella, M.Ed.


For over 25 years, Gail has been in private practice as a Wellness Coach, Personal Trainer and Lifestyle Speaker. Her mission is to help both individuals and groups break the cycle of erratic health behavior by providing clients with safe, hands on and streamlined wellness programs. People can conveniently exercise in the comfort of their home or at a work location so that time used is efficient and effective.  


Through interactive games and lively discussions, Gail  engages audiences to take positive steps to reduce stress, manage weight, improve fitness, eat nutritiously and sleep better to sustain and maximize their personal health.


Gail is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Health Professions Education from Simmons College in Boston. She obtained a Master of Science Degree in Health Promotion from Bridgewater State University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Recreation and Leisure Studies from Northeastern University. Since 2010 she has taught Health & Wellness and Drug and Alcohol Education at Bridgewater State University. 


She is a Certified Health Education Specialist, Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Aerobic Instructor.  Gail knows it takes knowledge, energy and self-motivation for people to become more active and to be mindful about choosing healthier foods. She has helped so many people find their personal path that have resulted in lifelong wellness. Former client "graduates" report in to say they are still committed to the program plan Gail developed for them.


As a former IDEA State Representative, Gail established a reputation as a key player in the fitness industry among her professional peers and networked with the "best and the brightest" throughout the country. She continued her community activity as the performance director and choreographer for the New England Patriots half-time show for six years.  Gail and her team raised over $100,000 to support the American Lung Association. 


Gail loves to bring a fun, dynamic, inspirational approach to fitness and wellness. Her passion is to mentor, guide and encourage good habits, increase confidence, and empower clients as they gain physical and emotional strength that can result from a total wellness program.
