Gail Goldstein Marrella, M.Ed.

No one wears just one 'hat'. We all have multiple roles to balance in our busy lives, including work, immediate and extended family, friends, volunteer work and, personal interests.

 

 How can you possibly fit in one more thing?


As a speaker, Gail hones her presentation skills through her work with Toastmasters, where she served as president, as well as being awarded "Toastmaster of the Year."

 

As a business owner of GGFitPro, Queen of the Hop DJ and mom of twins, Gail knows what it's like to balance competing demands -- with a sense of humor and a daily commitment to health.

 

For over 20 years, she has inspired people to take a fun, healthy, creative and step-by-step approach to fitness and wellness. With a teamwork effort, she listens intently in a non-judgmental way to your needs to help you carry out a sustainable and efficient plan.

 

Her educational and work background includes a Masters Degree in Health Promotion from Northeastern University where she has also been an Adjunct Professor, experience as a health club director for nine years and an extensive personal trainer client list.  She is a Certified Health Education Specialist, Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Aerobic Instructor.  Gail knows it takes knowledge, energy and spirit to get people moving and making good choices. She has helped so many people find their personal path and lifetime commitment towards wellness. Former client "graduates" report in to say they are still committed to the program plan Gail developed for them.

 

She stays actively involved in industry issue through her membership with IDEA: The International Association of Fitness Professionals. As a former IDEA State Representative, Gail established a reputation as a key player in the fitness industry among her professional peers and networked with the "best and the brightest" throughout the country.

 

Gail has seen what it's like when a family lives with someone who is not well. Whether it's living with constant stress, or serious illness, an entire family can be affected when one person is not as healthy as they can be.

 

Also having dealt with chronic fatigue and back issues in her past, Gail embarked on her own road towards wellness to discover what it's like to feel good and be pain free by taking tiny steps towards well-being. Through this conviction, she became a mentor, advisor and trainer for others who wanted to reap the benefits of good health.

 

Gail loves to bring a fun, dynamic, inspirational approach to fitness and wellness. Her passion is helping others to encourage good habits, raise self-esteem, reduce stress, manage their weight, improve their fitness levels, make better food choices and sleep better!
